The track shoe bolt manufacturing process uses high-strength alloy structural steel (such as 35CrMo) as the raw material. After flaw detection and cutting, spheroidizing annealing is performed to improve machinability; the head and shank are formed by cold heading (or hot heading for large specifications), and the structure is strengthened by metal plastic deformation; the rolling process is used to process fine threads to enhance strength and wear resistance; the key process is overall quenching and tempering , which makes the tensile strength exceed 1000MPa and the hardness reach HRC32-38; the surface is treated with Dacromet, hot-dip galvanizing, etc. to enhance corrosion resistance; finally, magnetic particle inspection and precision testing are carried out to ensure compliance with standards. The entire process balances high strength, high toughness and weather resistance, meeting the needs of extreme working conditions of the track system.In terms of structure, the common head designs are hexagonal head, flange face or socket head, which are matched with full-thread or half-thread shanks. Some are equipped with anti-loosening tooth patterns or neck knurling to enhance the locking effect.As the “key joint of muscles and bones” of the chassis, its quality and installation accuracy are directly related to the vehicle’s driving stability, braking reliability and the service life of the chassis, requiring regular inspections of the anti-loosening state and fatigue damage.
